I’m a yoga instructor, climber, and outdoor advocate with a deep commitment to movement, nature, and community. I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation for over a decade, and in 2020 I chose to become a certified instructor to share the practice more intentionally with others. My relationship with yoga deepened significantly in 2017 after being diagnosed with a rare autoimmune condition. During that time, the practice became a grounding force that supported both my physical and emotional healing, and ultimately inspired me to expand into new experiences in the outdoors, including rock climbing. That path led me to become an ambassador for Lady Crush Crew, where I’ve been able to help support a community built around connection, confidence, and time spent outside. Today, I’m also involved in conservation and outdoor education initiatives that support land stewardship and help create safe, welcoming spaces for people of all experience levels to explore the outdoors.
