Cancellation Policy

Wildside Retreats operates small-group, all-inclusive experiences that require significant advance planning and financial commitments to accommodations, guides, programming, and logistics. Because of this, the following cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Cancellation by Participant

  • 60+ days before retreat start date: Eligible for a refund minus a 15% non-refundable administrative and processing fee.

  • 30–59 days before retreat start date: Eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Less than 30 days before retreat start date: Not eligible for any refund under any circumstances. At this point, all retreat costs are fully committed to accommodations, guides, meals, and programming and are therefore non-refundable and non-transferable.

Transfers

  • You may request to transfer your booking to another participant.

  • Transfers must be approved by Wildside Retreats in advance so accommodations and logistics can be updated accordingly.

Cancellation by Wildside Retreats

  • In the unlikely event Wildside Retreats must cancel a retreat for any reason, participants will receive:

    • A full refund minus a 5% administrative fee, OR

    • The option to apply 100% of their payment as credit toward a future retreat

Travel Protection

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance or trip protection to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances, including illness, injury, travel delays, or personal emergencies.

  • Wildside Retreats does not provide refunds for personal scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, or other unforeseen events.

Final Policy Agreement

  • By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy in full.
