Sabrina

Founder, Yoga Instructor, & Retreat Leader

Hi everyone! I’ll be your group leader for our adventure retreats!

I’ve always felt most at home outdoors. Whether rock climbing, snowboarding, camping, or swimming in lakes and oceans. Nature has long been where I reset, connect, and feel most alive.

Since 2018, I’ve been building and leading community through Lady Crush Crew, a women’s rock climbing collective centered around outdoor meetups, connection, and shared experience. Through this work, I’ve helped organize and lead bouldering trips in places like Joshua Tree National Park and Stoney Point Park in Chatsworth, CA.

Creating space for people to come together in nature and share meaningful outdoor experiences is what continues to inspire me most.

I’m looking forward to sharing time in the outdoors with you!

Alex

Yoga Instructor & Retreat Leader

Hi, I’m Alex. I’m a yoga instructor, climber, and outdoor advocate with a deep commitment to movement, nature, and community.

I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation for over a decade, and in 2020 I chose to become a certified instructor to share the practice more intentionally with others.

My relationship with yoga deepened significantly in 2017 after being diagnosed with a rare autoimmune condition. During that time, the practice became a grounding force that supported both my physical and emotional healing, and ultimately inspired me to expand into new experiences in the outdoors, including rock climbing.

That path led me to become an ambassador for Lady Crush Crew, where I’ve been able to help support a community built around connection, confidence, and time spent outside.

Today, I’m also involved in conservation and outdoor education initiatives that support land stewardship and help create safe, welcoming spaces for people of all experience levels to explore the outdoors.

I’m passionate about creating environments where people feel supported to move, grow, and reconnect with themselves through nature and practice.

Shae

Retreat Assistant & Lady Crush Crew Ambassador

Hi, I’m Shae! I’m a climber based in Los Angeles, working professionally as an archaeologist, with most of my free time spent outdoors.

I’ve been climbing for over 16 years, and it remains a constant thread in my life, something that continues to challenge, inspire, and connect me to community.

Alongside climbing, I’m often surfing (with varying success), skiing, or hiking whenever I can, and I also work with nonprofit organizations focused on environmental stewardship, conservation, and creating more responsible access to outdoor spaces through events and community initiatives.

What I love most is sharing time outside with others and helping people feel at home in the outdoors, wherever they are in their journey.

I’m excited to share the experience with you this fall!

Sabrina

Photographer & Videographer

Hi everyone! I’m Sabrina, an adventure and lifestyle photographer and videographer focused on capturing movement, connection, and life in the outdoors.

I’ve had a camera in my hand for nearly 10 years, and it naturally became part of my time outside, documenting the moments that feel most alive, especially the candid in-between moments of adventure.

I’ve been climbing for about 6 years, and my work has grown through collaborations with local affinity groups in Los Angeles, highlighting underrepresented communities in climbing and helping more people feel seen and welcomed in outdoor spaces.

When I’m not shooting, I’m usually outside climbing, hiking, camping, or simply taking in quiet moments in nature.

I’m excited to help capture your experience and the energy of our time together on retreat.
